Our Legacy

  • Founded in pre-partition Lahore by the visionary, Shri Dwarka Das Sehgal, Sehgal Jewellers is synonymous with exemplary jewellery.

  • 1948

  • Post-partition, Mr. Omkar Nath Sehgal was one of the first jewellers hailing from Lahore to set up operations in Dariba Kalan, Chandni Chowk.

  • 1981

  • The third generation prodigy, Mr. Bobby Sehgal joined the family business inculcating his passion for intricate designing and authentic craftsmanship.

  • 1995

  • Our Karol Bagh showroom was inaugrated by Mr. Bobby Sehgal and Mrs. Vibha Sehgal.

  • 2004

  • In addition to Jadau Polki, the brand evolved to be pioneers of intricate Temple Jewellery and now participates in around 20 exhibitions per year all over India.

  • 2018

  • Ms. Anushka Sehgal, the first woman entrepreneur and fourth generation of the family business, decided to carry on the legacy and revamped the brand and its digital presence.

  • 2021

  • Ms. Venika Sehgal, a certified gemologist joined the business as our lead creative designer.

  • 2022

  • Stepping into their 74th year, the business opened a one-of-a-kind concept boutique in South Extention-1.
