Terms and Conditions


General

  • Prices are inclusive of GST and other statutory levies as applicable.
  • If payment is made by cheque or online bank transfer, delivery of items purchased will be made only after realization of the instrument.
  • In case of any dispute, courts in Delhi will have jurisdiction.
  • Sehgal Jewellers reserves the right to modify items and conditions without prior intimation.

Exchange Policy

  • Sehgal Jewellers Exchange Program mandates that-
    • All items must be untampered and in original weight as per invoice.
    • The original cash memo and/or bill be produced at the time of exchange.
  • In order for the exchange process to initiate, you are required to send us a photograph of the product. Then, it is up to the discretion of our quality control team to approve the product for exchange. Pieces will be accepted for exchange after due physical examination for defects, original weight and other quality checks by our quality control team. Sehgal Jewellers are not liable to exchange in any other circumstances.
  • While normal wear and tear is to be expected, no credit shall be given to the customer for excessive wear and tear damage, stone defects or any other issues found after examination due to customer negligence.
  • For exchange, 20% of the MRP/Invoice value (excluding taxes and bank charges) will be levied towards labour and designing.
  • Jewellery sold by Sehgal Jewellers can only be exchanged for jewellery, as per the prevailing terms and conditions of the Sehgal Jewellers Exchange Program which is operated at the discretion of the company.
  • Sehgal Jewellers shall not be obligated to take back or exchange jewellery once sold except in accordance with the exchange policy given by the company
  • The Sehgal Jewellers Exchange Program may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice

Repair Policy

Products sold will be repaired on chargeable basis which will be borne by the customer. Estimated cost of repair will be provided after physical examination by our quality control team instore. The cost will vary piece to piece depending on the nature, making, materials and gold required for the repairing process.

Restrictions/Cancellations

There may be orders which we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information or problems identified by our team etc. We may also require additional information or verification before accepting any order. We will inform you of the same. Sehgal Jewellers reserves the right at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to any one as it may deem fit.
